This Policy applies to all users and visitors of Incredable websites and Services. This Policy supplements the Terms of Services. We collect several types of information from and about users of our website or Incredable Software including (“Personal Data”):

 

  • name, age, gender, physical address, email address, telephone number, electronic signature, date of birth, data about how you use our products or services, or any other identifier information. 

  • Information related to the services and products you inquired about or ordered; 

  • Information regarding your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our website, and usage details.

 

*Note: It is your choice to submit any Personal Data. If you do not want Incredable to receive your Personal Data, please do not submit it.

  • When you connect with any of Incredable’s representatives;

  • When you request a demo;

  • Through Incredable Software;

  • Automatically as you navigate through Incredable’s website, information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies.


 

Additionally, when you use our website or Incredable Software, we may allow third-party service providers to place their own cookies or similar technologies to engage in the same types of collection described above. You can set your Internet browser settings to stop accepting new cookies, to receive notice when you receive a new cookie, to disable existing cookies, and to omit images (which will disable pixel tags). 

 

We are on social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. We may allow Incredable website resources to connect with, or be viewable from an external social media platform. In addition, our website may contain links to other websites or apps controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for either the content on, or the privacy practices of, social media platforms, or any third-party sites or apps to which we link. Privacy-related questions concerning third-party sites or apps should be directed to the respective entity.

Incredable Software and Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, please do not use or provide any information through Incredable Software or website. If you believe we have any information from or about a child under the age of 18, please contact us at support @ ready-doc.com.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data:

If you do not wish us to use your information in this way, you can either notify your customer account representative or simply unsubscribe all from Incredable’s Newsletters.

  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Data confidential;

All information including Personal Data collected under this Policy shall only be retained by Incredable for as long as is permissible under applicable law.

 

We may also retain any user data after a deletion request due to legal or regulatory requirements or for reasons stated in this policy. The length for which Incredable retains such user data may further be determined by legal and regulatory requirements, purposes of safety, security and fraud prevention, or by issues relating to the client’s account, such as, an outstanding credit or an unresolved claim or dispute.

Incredable will use appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures to safeguard the security and confidentiality of any information, including Personal Data, you provided to us, including measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, and disclosure. 7. What are your rights? 

 

You have certain rights to the information you provide to us. You may add, remove, correct, or modify the information that you have provided, after which point Incredable shall only use such revised information. You can review and change your Personal Data by accessing your customer account. You may also send us an email at support@incredable.com to request access to, correct, or delete any Personal Data that you have provided to us.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

 

Additionally, your rights also depend on where you reside. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia provide their state residents with rights to:

 

  • Confirm whether we process any Personal Data

  • Access and delete certain Personal Data

  • Correct inaccuracies in their Personal Data, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose (excluding Iowa and Utah)

  • Data portability

  • Opt-out of personal data processing for:

    • targeted advertising 

    • sales

    • profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (excluding Utah).

  • Either limit (opt-out of) or require consent to process sensitive personal data.

Incredable may change this Policy from time to time, with or without notice.  We may send out a notification within a reasonable time. You are responsible for ensuring we have the most up-to-date contact information on file and periodically reviewing this website to check for any changes.  If you object to any of the changes, you may stop using the Incredable website.
