4s Senior Developer at Incredable, Ravi plays a key role in evolving the platforms technical foundation-shaping everything from core architecture to user experience. He was instrumental in the rebrand and rebuild of the platform from its original version, Ready Doc, and continues to balance engineering priorities with the real-world needs of credentialing teams. Ravi works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product is not only scalable and secure, out genuinely responsive to the workflows of modern healthcare organizations.

Alexander C. Candelario is a former Marine Officer and the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Intiva Group a group composed of companies in manufacturing, software, healthcare and aviation. Alexander has a deep expertise in business operations and M&A. He is the founder of a practice management group. He also manages and owns Cimarron Vineyards in Napa, CA. He holds an accounting degree from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Finance from Harvard.

He has over 7 years of experience managing licensed medical professionals in anesthesia, emergency medicine, and private practice settings.

As Chief People Officer, Violet Navar leads the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while overseeing employee relations, engagement, and regulatory compliance. She works closely with senior leadership to address strategic workforce needs, including talent acquisition, development, and retention. Violet also provides guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, helping to foster a strong, people-first culture across the organization.

Samuel Broberg is an experienced accountant with a strong background in financial management. Before joining Intiva Health, Samuel oversaw accounting operations for a company specializing in construction and real estate management. He holds both a B.S. and an MBA from Oregon State University.
Corporate Attorney
Xuechun Wang is corporate counsel with a strong focus on providing in-house legal support, specializing in corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Prior to joining Intiva Health, she worked in the automotive industry, where she concentrated on employment law matters, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. Xuechun earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University and is licensed to practice law in both D.C. and Texas.

Vittorio Migliuolo is an experienced corporate attorney with a demonstrated history of working with startups as both in-house and outside counsel. Prior to joining Intiva Health, Vittorio maintained a general law practice that primarily served entrepreneurs and their businesses and also worked closely with various life sciences, sustainability, and other deep technology startups in support of their technology transfer and commercialization goals. Vittorio earned a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles

Claudia Giunta is an experienced writer and content strategist with a strong background in professional writing across industries. Her work spans everything from technical documents and press releases to editorial features and brand storytelling. Prior to joining Intiva Health, Claudia contributed to national publications, including New York-based food and lifestyle outlets, and supported creative agencies and startups with high-impact digital content. Her ability to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences reflects both her editorial instincts and her passion for clear effective communication. Claudia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Writing and Rhetoric with a concentration in Professional Writing from St. Edward’s University.
